Combat Rogue

Hey all,

Been away from the lands for many years. I'm interested in playing a Rogue who specializes in Ambushing from hiding.

Right now I'm level five and plan on just hunting easy stuff and focusing on leveling until my 30 days are up. Once I have to re-do my stats, I feel like I am clueless on what to do.

If you have the time, and don't mind walking me through the following, I'd appreciate it:

1. optimal stats for a half elf rogue who has no intentions of ever picking boxes.

2. optimal training path for said rogue. Not really interested in TWC or MOC, mainly hiding/ambusing with a OHE.

If by optimal stats you mean perfect stats at cap you can use the calculator found at this link:

You just enter your race and profession and enter the minimum you want each stat to be like at cap and the calculator will tell you how to set your stats at level 0 to achieve this.

INF is probably the least important stat for a rogue but even tanking that as a half elf rogue you would still need another stat to not be 100 at cap.

Not really sure what other stat you should set a bit lower.
