Well I'm kind of ticked off right now because you can't make a payment with a credit card to Dell.

I want to pay off my laptop but they won't do it! What kind of company doesn't take credit card payments?

I had a bad experience with Dell last time I tried to buy a computer from them. The guy who took my order flat-out lied to me, then I couldn't get a straight answer from any of their other representatives. I actually had someone HANG UP on me when they didn't want to help me.

I cancelled my order and told them to shove their fucking computer. I bought a new HP laptop at Best Buy and I don't regret it at all.

You can call and they say its "Company Policy" to not take credit card payments.

Its still going to get paid off to the same credit card I'll just be using a check rather than a credit card payment over the phone.

I'm won't buy from DELL again.

When I opened this thread I expected to see a poll titled, "Which is worse at customer service?" The choices would be Dell, Gateway, and Tsa'ah. Lyc ... Spir -- you let me down.

Customer service would indicate an exchange of money.
