What are the options for a elven warrior? Lances? Katars? Suggestions? Been gone a bit and figured I would come back and mess around and see what's new. And before you ask I for some odd reason have a elven warrior who is level 1 decked out in full altered gear, only thing missing was weapons.

You can reduce quite a lot of swing time. Whatever you want.

Elves can literally swing whatever they want with minimal RT. So swing whatever you want.

I have a bunch of brawling weapons and katars that I do not remember anything about, well besides my chaos one guess ill try for now just seems like a warrior should be swinging a big ass sword or a lance or something

As an Elf you can aim basically everything with min rt if you go the ambush route. Starting out get a big weapon and just swing away. You can make decisions on ambushing, twc, moc, berserking later in life. I probably have a basic claid somewhere in a locker if you need one.

30 CM atm just training break points will even it out once done with armor
2x PF

Did you mean 30 ranks of MoC? I'd hold that at 30 and let it slide down to just 1x. No real need to train more with you swinging polearms. If your DS is fine keep at the 1x dodge but if you feel you have some issues try 2x dodge up to 48 ranks instead of 3x armor then switch and focus on armor until you are in fullplate.

Pre cap (and sometimes post cap) invasion stuff is going to kill you.
If you disable appropriately you won't run into "DS issues" for a long time if you 2x dodge, if ever.

Depending on where you plan on hunting at cap you are going to want MIU/AS/HP, some amount of magic skills to offset spell burst. Good news is with annual fixskills it isn't something you need to worry about. Train how you want and if it doesn't work or you don't like it you can always change it later on down the road.

You can pretty much swing whatever you want. I did from level 36 to level 99 (rounding up) as a two-handed weapon dark elven warrior. I've essentially used an 8x HCW battle axe and a 4x old style claid and preferred the battle axe because of the higher AS. The only issue I ever really ran into was landing the blow which is why I prefer the battle axe.
