In order to address some of the concerns about variance in quality of the Unique (what you folks call Tier 5) prizes from the games and digging, we've added another feeder of prizes that are of AMAZING quality. These are our Jackpot wins, and they're awesome. Any huge, big ticket items will be in this rare Jackpot tier. There is still plenty of nice stuff in the Unique feeder, so don't worry!
Let's get to the fun part... the loot!
an enruned drakar-tipped lance
+30 Shock Lance with the following upgrades: 2 minute cooldown on its targeted critical. No chance of feedback. Charged until feedback. (So essentially it'll never run out and you'll always have it available, every 2 minutes to zap something!) It also has awesome ambient messaging.
a pair of icy silver-blue wings
1x/day ice Major Elemental Wave
5x/day Cold Snap
They also look amazing and show up in your features. Complete with neat messaging, you too can be cold like ice!
an enruned rolaren amulet
10 setting teleportation device. Everywhere you want to be!
a De-Fusion certificate
"The bearer of this certificate is entitled to have a single piece of Fusion Armor or Weaponry... De-Fusioned! The gear's enhancive properties will remain the same, but it will no longer be a fusion item."
an impure coraesine certificate
"The bearer of this certificate is entitled to a single impure coraesine weapon of a full 5 enchantments. It must have a blade! No axes. It will permanently bond with the user and no one else will ever be able to use it!"
a blade-bolt crossbow certificate
"The bearer of this certificate is entitled to a crossbow (light or heavy) that creates its own blade-bolts. The crossbow itself will be a full 5 enchantments while the bolts created will be 2 enchantments."
a flayed piece of rotted flesh
"Owner of this piece of flesh can redeem it for RotFlares to be added to a weapon of their choice. Some restrictions apply."
The certificates all have various "must be redeemed by" dates or they will be forfeit. You can certainly sell them if they don't appeal to you, but be quick about it!

yeah...sploosh.
*sigh*
I'll buy that damn rotflares cert off of the winner- and then have no silvers for the auction when EG is all over.

Fuck yeah! And god dammit, now I'm going to spend more on digging than I hoped.

I believe Jackpot items can come from the Delirium Manor too, right?

I dont believe this is the case. The Manor is more like the DR Sewers - treasure generated items compared to a hopper system.

Yeah I forget, thought I saw Haliste state that they did, I'll have to go back and check

All I need is both the de-fusionizer and the rotflares cert... and my bow will be even better...

She certainly said tickets won can be used to buy items from both. So you can win lots of ticket from digging and go buy stuff from the manor shop with them.

Best weapon to use that cert on? Perfect Greatsword? Perfect Falchion? I realize Katanas and Claidhmores are out of the question.

Wyrom Corrected the shit out of me on the officials :
To further clarify Haliste's point, Delirium Manor does not use the random treasure generator. It is PURELY feeders, doll parts (the collectible), and tickets (EG scrip).
Delirium Manor also has a RotFlares certificate. I'll post some teasers to the DM feeder in a bit.
And I will be offering one RotFlare service via other means. I don't know what yet. It may be either a ticket raffle or ticket auction. If I do an auction, there will be a reserve.

This isn't the right question. They're attuned, so you choose the weapon base you want, not necessarily what's mechanically optimal or worth the most. That is unless you would fixskill if you used the certificate.
Also, you don't use the cert on an existing weapon. They make you the weapon from scratch.

Bastard sword like Sorrow or twohanded sword probably mechanically the best... other then Katana or a Claid of course.

Greatsword or bust. 99% of bastard swords are weak.

Sorrow IS a twohanded sword by the way.

Only good bastard sword I can think of is Sagan's old blade. There was a quicksilver bastard sword with something like 40 points of damage weighting but I think that's long gone.

Speaking of which, can we expect other staff to come over here? I'd like to preemptively suggest that Marstreforn not be allowed until he apologizes for teasing me with an urglaes claidhmore.

uniqueish things on bastard swords are only good because you can move them between more characters, even if it's sub-optimal for all of them. looking at you, kisun who had a disproportionate amount of bastard sword things worked on. That is very much not useful for an attuned item.
don't rule out OHEs, a katar, shortsword, etc. would make for even more spammy goodness with TWC. Even though obviously the double strikes are really fun on the bigger weapons. But a bard w/ sonic weapon and a coraseine one hander? All the air things.

I think this is one of the cooler bastard swords, in part because I won it in a raffle so I'm biased, but because it's a Bergraham, and because Hermie did a ton to it and made it twice as sweet:
River's Song
8x/6x defender with Extraplanar Bane
a soot-hued krodera bastard sword: Wrought entirely from dully gleaming krodera, the sword's sooty hue makes its blade resemble a river dimly illuminated by sullen starlight. Artful etching travels along the blade, complementing rather than distracting from the numerous ripples imparted into the metal by its forging process. Faceted eostones cling to the silver guard in a spiraled pattern, ranging in shade from sky blue to midnight. The sapphire-pommeled hilt is wrapped in dusky cerulean leather. Two spherical depressions adorn the krodera bastard sword, approximately the size and shape of a small gem. All of the gem chambers are currently empty.
Blued steel scabbard: Bound in dark, unpolished krodera the hue of soot, the steel of the scabbard is a dusky blue like that of a sky before storm. Glittering cerulean eostones glisten from settings within the krodera, and likely conceal rivets inherent to the scabbard's construction. Along one side, a segmented river serpent of metallic lacquer stretches to its full length, its bulk ghostly white, but the tips of its scales an astounding midnight blue.

Holy crap that IS awesome. Is the extraplanar bane flares or weighting? I'm assuming it has the krodera anti-magic ability too right?

Not sure on any of those questions. I think Hermie stopped playing and sold it to someone else. Cool weapon to start with, and he really made it into something cool.

It has a new owner now who greatly appreciates it.
