Permanent Fletching Razor that will impart Acid flares to fletchings. When the fletchings are affixed to arrows or bolts, they will flare acid. Safe flares, good for just about anything!

Are the arrows blessable? I thought that arrows were like other weapons and couldn't be blessed if they had flares.

Oh no I meant you could look at your awesome acid flaring arrows while you use something more practical to kill undead creatures...like UAC or blunt weapons...

I don't believe this is viable as you would not be able to bless arrows that can flare. Instead, you would need blessable master fletched arrows with a good high-trained cleric bless for holy water flares.
