Due to a recent bandolier win I figure someone could get some more use out of this than I... with with my other auctions drop some offers or questions to my eMail (fallenSaint@gmail.com)

a narrow-bladed cutthroat dagger

The dagger is a slender blade, thinned so that it might easily slide through the crack of a windowsill, a doorframe, or a ribcage with relative ease. Tapered to a very fine point that's little more than a spike, it flares quickly out, engraved with a variety of vicious thorn covered roses that seem to match the appropriate blue black of the vultite. The guard and pommel is made of a set of the same twisting vines, folded in on each other, with very specific spaces set for fingers and hand. Two thin metal spikes are attached to the handle of the dagger. They are angled so that they lie parallel to one another, against the length of the weapon. Tightly coiled steel springs are clearly visible beneath the spikes. You also notice a small enchanter's mark.

Yes, that is insaenly long show... 4x flares with spikes that will strike whatever location you hit prior to the flare.

Also are you sure the flares always hit where the blow lands?I only ask because I've been told by someone that owns a mech flarer that it's not always the case.

There is a small failure %

I think the reason it "misses" is if you destroy the area it can't flare to it. If you remove the leg on the strike the flare can't target the removed leg so it flares to a part still attached to the target.

Yea, it should default to the torso(abs and chest). But I am told there is a small failure rate of like 1%

Ive noticed a few have traveled off to a location other than the landed blow, some of those I had already beat the hell out of the eyes, at least one or two was a random failure. Jovn has yet to claim that to be failure roll or bug.

Heh and on the gramatical error thats alllllll Jovn's doin. I never once designed this piece I was just pleased with how it looked after two merchants worked with it. Ill check my email now.

forgot to add since ant asked:

>tap bando
You tap a leather bandolier.
>l in bando
Surrounded by some swirling mist is a steel dagger.

Khaladon = my h3r0, and hopefully I can get at least one of the two altered before this ship kicks me.

What's the bandolier do? Produce hurlers?

Aye! And that bandolier > Jovn's spikes so hence the sale

How powerful are the flares?

I took about 10 swings to well make sure they worked, I personally saw mine flare probably 6 tmes out of those swings and wanna say I went to 35 or 40 max, somewhere on the official boards I hear someone saw a 50 damage flare but I really doubt they hit that hard.
