Your careful inspection of some bark-textured mahogany leathers allows you to conclude that it is soft leather armor that covers the torso, arms, legs, neck, and head.

Hate to break it to you but this: 4. a knuckle bone wristlet is restricted to the person who won it at EG a few years ago. Whoever purchases it won't be able to make use of the enhansives. That's why it shows a restriction.
