picking ranges

I am just curious as to what I can safely advertise that I can lockpick given my current skills and I am starting to hit the range of levels where locks and traps start to go wonky. I am level 32 and my skills are as follows for lockpicking.

Disarming Traps....................| 189 89
Picking Locks......................| 189 89
Perception.........................| 185 85

I also have 403 and 404.

I used the old thing of skills /2 and got 44.5 so I am assuming 45 is my cut off for picking boxes, but I know soon come boxes that even though from a level perspective are in my range, I won't be able to get.

Any insight from a seasoned locksmith about what I could handle would be greatly appreciated.

At 32-40 I picked storm giants and frost giants with relative ease. I'm doubled on both traps and locks and with 403/404, at 52, I definitely can't do a lot of pyrothag boxes (58).
