The chaos lance - 20m

Randomly changes how much it adds or subtracts to AS every swing. Ranges anywhere from -50AS to +50AS with average AS of +20.

With each swing the lance changes colors and has a randomized effect. The following effects occur at random on each swing:

Black = Critical Weighting
Grey = Damage Weighting
White = Cold Flares
Red = Fire Flares
Green = Acid Flares
Blue = Lightning Flares
Brown = Impact Flares

For what it's worth- the weighting is very heavy (on both)

And the flare rates on these is insane. At least 75% of the time it flares (assuming it's set to a flaring color in that strike)- I wouldn't be surprised if it were higher.
