The Feather and Bow

Does anyone know where this shop went? I realize it was meant to be a traveling shop, but it was stationed in Solhaven outside the Tentacled Tavern for a while, and now it isn't there. I was getting all my feathers there so I could make my own fletchings and I am bummed it isn't there anymore!
