Landing Shop

Looking to sell my landing shop. It's the Dart and Doe Tavern in room 358. It is a dimly lit tavern with a winking Faendryl maiden on the sign. The new owner will lose the custom room names with the transfer, but the facade will transfer over. It took a few tries to find someone to let me make a tavern, so if you want an unusual shop design, this is it. You can turn the sign on and off, if I am remembering correctly, if you aren't Faendryl. I'd rather it sold to a Faendryl, however. Alternatively, if you win a shop alter(and these are going to happen more frequently from now on) I imagine it's MUCH easier to get the long changed than the noun of it. Something to consider. I'm hoping to sell this before EG as I am considering taking a break following that. I will also accept cash or silver/cash combinations at 8/m, for those asking.

any one room shop can be made into a two or three room shop at a cost of 100k per extra room, so number of rooms doesn't really matter.
