Warmage armors and spell failures

I am thinking of working myself into brigadine armor and I remember on my ranger it was an 8% failure of spells at 30/35 ranks and I was curious if there is a chart that shows the spell failure rates of armor for elemental and wizard spells.

I tried to check the wiki but couldn't find anything specific (but I am terrible at finding that stuff) does anyone have a chart about this?

Trying to figure out what juice may be worth what squeeze as I am going to lean heavy on warmage versus pure for some time maybe even forever because it's so fun (and I'm half krolvin so magic is overall yucky RP wise)

Hmm then maybe it's the charts themselves that I am not understanding because I had found that I'll take a closer look

Okay I think I understand now, if I am reading it correctly brigandine offers a %12 spell hinderance to the wizard spell circle. Thanks I think I just misunderstood the chart

Brig is just not practical unless you want to make it a post-cap goal. You'd need 95 armor ranks (past cuir), and at 14 PTPs, the opportunity cost is immense compared to other skills that would increase your survivability more than the marginal benefit the extra scale coverage would provide. Moreover, the 5% hindrance jump from from cuir would be untenable for most. It's true warmages cast fewer spells overall, but a failed celerity cast can mean incapacity (from both an offensive and defensive perspective) especially closer to cap.

Part of this, I suppose, is also driven by the lack of availability of good cuir or even LBP. Doubles are probably your best bet for availability. Next alternative is to find a high end set of brig and then go all out for an AsG change when it becomes available.
