Buying: a 4x runestaff

With the upcoming fixskills, I'm planning on switching my empath over to a runestaff, from edged weapons. Is anyone by any chance selling a 3x or 4x runestaff?

Landing and solhaven have runestaff shops...

4x staves there and a few shops have 4x I am sure...
