Anyone got some quantifiable data on how much INT helps in open ranged aiming? Say I increase my INT bonus from 8 to 30. How much would I increase my aiming by?

Currently lvl 50 with 2x perception and using a sephwir bow that is 'heavily' sighted.

my guess would be the it's bonus/4, no data, just a guess. So going from 8-30 would be like getting 6 ranks in perception.

That reminds me . . . how exactly does open aiming work?

I know stance/level/perception plays a large part of the equation but let's say I continue my current rate of 2x perception - would my chances to hit eyes increase against like level critters or am I always stuck at the percentage I have now? (Assuming critter perception doesn't change and always like level).

It will increase, a lot of it has to do with your spells and your ranged skill as well. 2xing ranged makes a big difference, that's why pures who 1x it but 2x perception still aren't very good shots, especially at the eyes. 613 also helps quite a bit if you are a ranger.

I'm a warrior with max perception and that sephwir bow so I'd say I hit around 50-60% of the time. Maybe a bit more. How much do you think by the time I'm 70?

75%

quit uphunting 10 levels and you will hit more eyes

That too, aiming is level based (unfortunately) and works better within, about 5 levels of you.

Yeah, but then I'd decimate them. Gotta give them a fighting chance at least.
