I see some armor and weapons for like 2500 but there's no listing in the store what their properties are. The Wiki page doesn't really list that either, just prices from what it says is an outdated thing. Is it really just kind of hit and miss, get what you get and no questions? Some of this stuff is upwards 20 million coin worth...

Anyway, the link you provided was from a previous run (2 and maybe 3 also ago I believe), so many have gone out now so the price was likely raised to make it possible but not encourage, I believe, further release into the game at this time for balance/scarcity reasons. Meaning, it was likely decided to retire it for awhile but was brought back to have the opportunity, but at higher price. It is likely won't be here next run, per Wyrom on the officials (that inventory will likely be swapped), and the extent that it has been on the shelves over several runs now.

The final price at last run actually ended higher then this time, so the price was actually reset to a lower start instead of picking up where that last run ended, like some other items that continued pricing from the demand of last time.

Well, sewer rats can only be found in sewer, not bought from any of the shops. And I sold mine for 50k. I think one or two others on lnet might have gone for 100k-200k.
