Help Needed: Mac OS X Yosemite

So, I wanted to avoid troubling others with this, but for the last several days I've been pouring over old forum notes and FAQs trying to figure out how to get Lich to work on my Mac. I've downloaded everything, I've tried with Avalon and I've used Wine to try and run the Stormfront and Wizard. I can get Stormfront to open, but there is no text that shows up. On the Avalon front, I get this on my Terminal:

This screen does not budge, so I start Avalon. Still nothing. If I exit Avalon, the Terminal will begin processing the request, so I open Avalon again but get a completely blank screen, much like the Stormfront issue.

I am by no means coding literate. However, I'm willing to try/read/do whatever a much smarter individual suggests. Thanks in advance!

Haha, yes I am. I actually since posting this 10 minutes ago have something loading on Avalon, but it just says connecting to Game Server. Am I being too impatient -- or does it normally take 10+ minutes to connect?

So I've been able to get as far as this now... Sits at this screen for 5-10 minutes then auto disconnects.

Which installation instructions did you follow Xannorath?

I followed the wrong ones last month and it sent me into a tailspin. With Doug's help, I finally got my new Mac rolling.

10 minutes ... as you might have already guessed, is not the least bit normal.

Followed those instructions for each step. Still no loading past the screen shot I previously posted.

I just tried using the instructions and couldn't get to the part where they ask for my PW . It just doesn't work. How did you do it Luxelle?

been trying to install it on my laptop (which is using el capitan i believe), get stuck at this point:
