You mean base speed? Because armor, DEX AGI ambush ranks etc all play a part in ambush RT don't they?

Yah I didn't think that out..was thinking of weapons and how my character ambushes with them.

In that case, any OHEs with a base speed of 4 or lower. Longsword being my main interest, but any would be nice.
