I'm getting back to the lands, seeing a cloak get 20m so am making an attempt to see what this is worth.

You determine that you could wear the cloak, hanging it from your shoulders. The cloak appears to serve some purpose.

It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of leather.

That looks a lot like a cloak from the EG hopper a few years back. The cloaks going for some huge amount are generally exceptionally big/light and/or have an uncommon level of unlocking for a zest set on them. The description of items seems to matter less, in general, than the stats of it. 8lbs/significant amount is pretty standard off-the-shelf. I could see some people going for it due to dragon love, but you're not likely to get that much for it. I'd do an MB of 250k and see if you have anyone bite. I wouldn't expect to get 1m for it, though.

That cloak is one of the more uncommon EG cloaks, has a couple nice scripts and is +2 to stamina recovery enhancive perm no lvl requirement. I wouldn't take less than a mil for mine, 500k+ is a good starting point.

One cloak is over 20m because it's feature concealing, and gsiv players are ugly, so it's a big draw :)
