Criminal Law Help

Man, I thought this would be a B.S. course, anyway...

Anyone know of any famous NY circuit of appeals cases involving Severe Emotional Distress as a factor in sentencing, I can't get the damn Cornell law site to open and my analysis is due tomorrow.

Definately not a B.S. course, maybe fun and easy for some. I'm third year Bio, and this was the first law class I decided to take. Big mistake there.

Eh, well I only have to take one course, I need to know law and medical termanology and such to work in a courtroom/law firm. Im really looking forward to them though!
