Two Blocks of PP

I've looked around and have a fair idea what these might go for, but wanted to ask. No account takeover. I tried to do this some months back, but had computer troubles. Didn't want to risk it.

7300 PP
9700 PP

Might be willing to split them up, but I think someone told me a larger block would get more money. Really interested in cash only. Might take a mixture of cash and silvers.
