Looking for anything that can remove a player's eye.

Looking for an Erithian eye - gotta collect them all? I have no knowledge of any item that can produce an actual eye from a player but if there's something out there, that'd be win. The eyeball scoop does not, I've checked. Bummer.

Last I recall, Ravashaak had both and they were used up and destroyed a couple years ago during a blood ritual in the Landing that resulted in Stone spreading his eye-seed to folks.
