Dear Scott,
Simutronics made a change in our billing database on Tuesday, November 23rd which resulted in the failure to bill on your last
invoice any of the additional subscriptions such as Premium, Platinum, The Fallen or extra character subscriptions for your
account, XXXXXXXX.
We will bill these additional subscriptions on Wednesday, December 1st. The basic subscription that was already billed will not be billed again on Wednesday. Please check both the billing history on our website at http://www.play.net/playdotnet/account/billing_history.asp as well as your bank or credit card statements to verify that we only billed you $14.95 for the basic subscription.
We apologize for this error and hope that it does not cause you any additional inconvenience. If you have any questions, please contact us at billing@simutronics.com.
