Miniatures have had a few updates over the last few years. They can have multiple messages for various things. Attacks, deaths, misses, etc. They can now be enhanced for different aspects, also, though I only saw this offered once.
Spitfire Miniatures - (these all have at least some custom messaging. There was a snag at Spitfire, so you had to get these directly from the merchant, making them much less common than regular off-the-shelf):
a peg-legged halfling pirate miniature
a red-nosed halfling pirate miniature
a stormy-eyed halfling pirate miniature
a shrouded halfling pirate miniature
a two-headed red sea serpent miniature
a reddish brown giant octopus miniature
a bright orange spider crab miniature
a teal-haired buxom mermaid miniature
Limited Edition Landing Miniatures - (Each character here represents someone from a storyline in the past. These have been given out via spinner/raffle and such, but have never been off-the-shelf):
a skeletal shadow knight miniature - The miniature vaguely resembles the hulking form of a human, but his grotesque features now make him more abomination than man. Red veins stretch across his grey skin, and the crimson glow in his incarnadine-hued eyes matches the intensity of the light in his red breastplate. His hair is ghost white, resembling shards of bones. Plates of bone cover his body, held together tightly by sinewy strands and bloody ribbons of flesh. Carved into the miniature's feet is the name, "Walkar, the Abomination."
a blue-eyed robed summoner miniature - The summoner's tall frame is draped in a smooth, dark crimson robe. The hood of his garment is pulled back, revealing his clean shaven face, short black hair and deep sea blue eyes. One hand is outstretched, as sparks of red lightning dance along his fingertips. The name "Grishom Stone" has been carved into the miniature's foot.
a yellow-eyed disciple miniature - Crimson-veined luminescent yellow eyes stare out from this figurine s dark-splotched bronze skin. Her dark burgundy hair is long and wavy and left unbound save for a few slender, beaded braids that drape of her shoulder. Perhaps once beautiful, her face is not half rotted, with little more than bare bone and tendons remaining. Portions of her flesh along her arms and legs have been stripped away to leave only bone and wisps of shadow. Carved into her feet is the name, "Sevynne."
a glowing-eyed lich king miniature - Tall and lanky, the lich king miniature has pale rotting skin and a pair of dark red eyes that glow like tiny motes of fire. Sparse patches of carnelian-hued hair hang loosely from the lich's scalp and maggots crawl along his sunken nose and misshapen jaw. He wears a tattered black cloak and a crown formed of finger bones. In a skeletal hand, he clutches a sinew-wrapped bone scepter. The name "Barnom Slim" has been carved into the miniature's foot.
an axe-wielding mayor miniature - Painted with dark clover green eyes and a shaven head of strawberry blonde hair, the mayor miniature has been carved to resemble a muscular warrior. The figure wears a tiny vaalorn-trimmed breastplate and clutches a sharp waraxe at his side. Pinned to the miniature's green cloak is the tiny emblem of Wehnimer's Landing and the name "Mayor Walkar" is carved into his foot.
a burly krolvin warlord miniature - Burly and tall, the krolvin miniature glares menacingly with red and yellow eyes, a stark contrast to its grayish-blue skin. Coarse, white hair covers the miniature's head and spreads down its shoulders and back like an arctic mane. With long fingered hands, the krolvin warlord clutches a small green crystal orb, its glowing light casting an emerald sheen across his face. The name "Czag'Herndrok Krentuk" has been carved into the miniature's foot.
a blue-haired human pirate miniature - Silvery-blue hair hangs down in long elaborate braids from the pirate's head, matching his thick and plaited bluish moustache and beard. The miniature's skin is weathered and bronze and a wide-brimmed feathered blue hat casts a shadow over his narrow steel grey eyes. His garb is comprised of simple blue and silver clothing, with the exception of a faded imperial baldric strapped across his shoulder. The name "Thanden" has been carved into the miniature's foot.
a burgundy orc assassin miniature - Covered in burgundy fur, the orc miniature has long matted hair which has been tied with a multitude of tiny war braids. With an emaciated face and bony cranium, the assassin's mouth is open in a snarl, revealing sharp discolored fangs. A wicked scar runs below the orc's shadowy eyes and he is bedecked in a suit of bone-studded armor and wields a sharp kelyn longsword in front of him. Carved into the miniature's foot is the name, "Thrayzar."
an amber-eyed large giantman miniature - The giantman miniature is large in size, with burly arms and broad shoulders and dark russet hair that has been peppered with grey. Large, brooding amber-hued eyes glare out from his fleshy and scowling face. He wears a thick ermine-lined greatcloak, faded silver-plated armor, a set of spiked dark silver gauntlets and wields a huge black mithril greataxe. The name "Drangell" has been carved into the miniature's foot.
a long-tailed war rat miniature - The war rat miniature appears to be an oversized representation of his species. Grey hide armor is pulled snug over its white fur and its black feet are tipped with razor-sharp claws. It has a very long muscular tail and long white whiskers that protrude from either side of its pink nose. Large grey eyes seem to peer out intelligently and a spiked collar around the rat's neck reads, "Spike."
a slender Palestra Blade miniature - Slender and regal, the dark-skinned Faendryl woman stands tall and decorated in a suit of fitted black body-leather, her shoulders draped with a long grey gossamer cloak fastened at the neck by a small scarlet triskelion. Her feystone-hued eyes gleam brightly and blood red sigils are tattooed along her bald head, the crimson hue matching the brilliant soulstone suspended around her neck. Carved into the miniature's feet is the name, "Aralyte."
a raven-haired woman miniature - Carved into the youthful image of a human woman, the miniature's green eyes are almost incandescent and her cream colored skin is sanded and smooth. Long, raven-hued hair hangs down the woman's back and tiny crystalline shards protrude from spots along her arms and shoulders. Her slender body is draped in a billowing silk robe with a small book satchel slung over her shoulder. Carved into the woman's foot is the name, "Mirayam.".
Coraesine Fields Miniatures - (From one of the Coraesine Field events, but I forget which one. They were NPC merchant themed):
a bright red baker's wagon with a metal stovepipe
an Iamal miniature - You see an aelotoi master smith. He is very tall and has bleary black eyes with pale skin. Long golden blonde hair is tied back from his thin face. A flat nose and jagged scar across his forehead add stark contrast to his shimmering azure wings. He is wearing a grey saephua, black twill pouch, grey leg wraps, and wooden sandals. A tiny glittering silver forging hammer hangs at his belt. Scratched into the bottom of one foot is the name, 'Iamal'.
a Sauli miniature - You see a human merchant. He has ale-brown eyes, smooth alabaster skin and a bald head. He is wearing a gold-buckled black leather pack, a blackworked white linen pouch, some satin-paned breeches, and slashed leather shoes. Carved into the bottom of one shoe is the name, 'Sauli'.
an Otuio miniature - You see a dwarven merchant. He has bloodshot eyes and nut brown skin. Waist length peppered auburn hair frames his plump face where a bulbous nose protrudes over a bushy mustache and beard. He has an oversized right foot and leans to one side. A steel-banded leather skullcap graces his round head while an ebony tunic and wide steel girdle cover his short girth. Canvas breeches and a very large steel-studded boot complete his outfit. Carved on the bottom of the extra large boot is the name, 'Otuio'.
a tall Stomees miniature - You see a stooped old Sylvankind of the Lassaran D'ahranal. He has almond-shaped grey eyes, sallow skin, and very long flowing platinum hair. He is wearing a weathered indigo mantle, a stained foraging satchel, some drab green and brown vestments, and some woven reed sandals. A petrified carmiln symbol portraying a hawk clutching a rose hangs from around his neck. Carved into the bottom of his sandal is the name, 'Stomees'.
Custom Miniatures - (Some I've gotten made over the years, generally before the upgrades to have even more messaging options. Each one has a custom attack, death, miss message):
an Igaeshian Reader miniature - This miniature has been rafted out of onyx and worked into the form of a voluptuous female dark elf. The carved hair has been painted a stark white and the eyes crafted from chips of blood red garnet. The figurine is garbed in gown of purple and black, with a sheathed dagger in a belt. Clasped in her hands is a flat, cylindrical vial containing a light blue mist.
a Faendryl summoner miniature - Crafted from ebonwood into a black-skinned white haired dark elf, the summoner's face has been carved with a minute smirk. Draped in long purple and black robes emblazoned with the seal of the Basilica across the back, the robes also have a tiny name tag on them that reads "Bob". Clutched in his hand is an ebonwood runestaff topped in a tiny red ruby.
a handsome Faendryl groom miniature - Carved from a block of ebonwood into the countenance of a Faendryl dark elf, the miniature has been set with absinthe green gemstone eyes and autumnal red hair streaked with copper and bronze. He looks quite dashing in his formal bourde outfit but, oddly enough, you note a tiny ball and chain around one leg.
a drunken bard miniature - Carved from a block of ebonwood into the countenance of a Faendryl dark elf, this bard might have once had a dashing air about him. His eyes are lacquered to produce a particularly glazed look to them and his clothing has been sloppily adorned. From the odor wafting from the miniature, it has likely been soaked in alcohol for a prolonged period of time. Clenched in his hand is a tiny ale mug, now empty.
a raving lunatic miniature - Carved from a small block of ebonwood into the visage of a typical dark-skinned Faendryl, the miniature is notable in that he is wearing a white jacket with his arms tied around behind him, confining him. His eyes are carved wide open and a rictus grin is set onto his face. Printed across the front of the oddly made jacket are the words, "The Elizhabet Mahkra Faendryl Asylum for the Thaumaturgically Unsettled."
(enhanced) a sunken Ashrim battleship miniature - Crafted into a minute replica of an old Ashrim battleship, the ship has seen better days. There are tiny cracks in the hull, rents in the sails, and the ship has traces of barnacles across it, as though it lay in the water for ages. The only pristine part is the wavecrest-adorned Ashrim flag. Along her deck are the barnacle-covered skeletons of a crew and six skeletons in the elaborate robes of mages. Barely discernible, the words "Charl's Mercy" are written across the bow.
a sleek eahnor airship miniature - Crafted down to the smallest detail this miniature is a perfect replica of an airship. Minute ornate detailing lines the bow and aft made from gleaming bronze. The hull of the ship is the brilliant crimson of eahnor. Lining the deck of the airship are her crew, five tiny males and one female. Emblazoned across the aft is the name "The Falcon."
a Palestran guard miniature - Crafted from fine metal, this Faendryl warrior wears a smirk on his face. Clad in crimson and black plate armor, he wields a gleaming longsword and greatshield. Emblazoned across the shield is a crest that bears a scarlet pentagram on a field of grey, with incarnadine shields and demons below.
Troubled Waters Miniatures - (The first was bought with blackscrip, the rest were part of the promo where you'd get a mini made based on you):
(S-class) a swarthy deckmaster figurine - The deckmaster's ruddy complexion and wrinkled skin speak of a life at sea. Tousled sandy hair and green eyes that are set in a permanent squint make the figure look as if he's staring into a fierce squall. His sleeveless white shirt is unlaced at the neck and his beige, sailcloth breeches stop just below the knee. He holds a heavy cutlass in his right hand and a spyglass in his left. Scratched into the bottom of one foot are the words, "Troubled Waters ~ 5114"
a dark elven silver tongued miniature - Painted absinthe green eyes gaze from the gold-tinged ebon face of the masterfully detailed likeness of a dark elven silver tongued. He has long, silky autumnal red hair that is streaked with a multitude of copper and bronze hues. He grasps a lor-hafted coraesine pike, ready for battle. Scratched into the bottom of one of his skin riding boots are the words, "Troubled Waters ~ 5114."
a dark elven gypsy miniature - Painted poppy blue eyes gaze from the silken nutmeg face of the masterfully detailed likeness of a dark elven gypsy. She has mid-back length, finger-waved dark sanguine hair with a trio of deep plum wild roses woven into the strands. She grasps an abraded illthorn runestaff exposing slender needle-like barbs, ready for battle. Scratched into the bottom of one of her leather sandals are the words, "Troubled Waters ~ 5114."
No Idea Where Miniatures/Old Miniatures:
a seductive nedum vereri miniature - Draped in tattered black robes, the nedum vereri's rotting clothes hang loosely to her slender and curvy frame. Long, midnight-hued hair frames the undead priestess' face, a dark contrast to the brightness of her glowing amber eyes. A crude, misshapen talisman hangs from her neck. (EG mini shop, I think)
a carved guild taskmaster miniature - Two tiny eyes from blue crystal chips contrast the tiny cobalt blue tunic and matching breeches on the carved figure. The majority of the miniature is left unpainted, the wood's natural tones giving the figure a deeply tanned look. His hair, primarily dark, has a few painted touches of grey on it. The name "Taskmaster Rhetegar" has been carved into the miniature's foot. (definitely landing shop, but has been played with a lot)
a burly frost giant miniature - Matching the color of ice and snow, the frost giant miniature looks to have been carved out of frozen glass. Icy blue eyes glare from underneath a furrowed brow and locks of dark blue hair hang loosely down its back, its color a stark contrast to the giant's dull white skin. Held firmly in the giant miniature's hands is a frost-covered battle axe. (probably landing shop)
an ebon-faced maoral sorcerer miniature (super old)
a beguiling sea nymph miniature - Meticulously carved of smooth modwir, the slender nymph is clothed in a flowing white robe that clings to her curvaceous feminine form. A circlet of seaweed dotted with miniature cowrie and nautilus shells sits lopsidedly atop her golden curls. Her tiny features are painted on a perfectly oval face, and delicately veined and webbed appendages peek out from under the hem of her garment. Her right hand is tucked within the folds of her robe. (landing shop probably)
a gaunt human cabalist miniature (old)
a wide-eyed farmer miniature - A wide-eyed expression of both fear and curiosity has been painted carefully on this miniature. A simple woolen shirt and trousers, both dyed a dull green, adorn the carved wooden body. A tiny burlap satchel rests on his back filled with what appears to be turnips. (given out as part of a Mentors event)
a Madam Zannebah miniature - The miniature sorceress is clothed with multiple layers of rich purple fabric styled into voluminous robes. Most of her facial features are shadowed by the hood of her garment. The figure holds a tiny gem-capped stave in her hand and wears a finely detailed talisman around her neck. (given out as part of an EG storyline completion)
a sleek onyx-eyed puma miniature - Covered in a coat of grayish-brown fur, the sharpness in the puma's onyx-hued eyes matches its lithe and muscular form. Round ears top the miniature's head while a long tail snakes outward from its back.
the warrior Raging Thrak miniature - You see the wreck of a once mighty warrior. His nose has been reddened by years of drinking and his belly enlarged by a lack of activity. A pocked pewter mug half-filled with small beer is held protectively in both hands. A hint of intelligence can be seen in the grey eyes that have grown hazy with age. (no idea, I thought the landing shop at first, but notice the "the" part instead of a/an)
a tiny eahnor-bound trebuchet (old)
a small silver crystal castle (old)
a miniature Darkstone castle (landing shop maybe?)
Spitfire Miniatures - (these all have at least some custom messaging. There was a snag at Spitfire, so you had to get these directly from the merchant, making them much less common than regular off-the-shelf):
