I would re-check your list to save yourself from post auction headache and accusation. I know at least one item is wrong: "a pair of rugged leather seafarer's gloves" are +5 to Dex stat, +5 to Swimming bonus, and "amber studded pewter necklace" has Dex listed twice.

That is wrong too. It's only +15 bonus if you have 0-10 ranks of summoning lore. After 40 its 1/1 ratio.
