Looking for a level 40s-50s monk preferrably with a fixskills. Would consider slightly lower or higher levels, but don't want 20s or practically capped. Would prefer an account takeover, but I'm open to paying transfers.

Before buying, I will need to know the following:

1. Name.
2. Race.
3. Convert status
4. Society (current and past)
5. Justice stuff

Lemme know what you've got.

Don't listen to the haters, monks are fun.

I agree; I played around with one in the 60s before reverting it to warrior and I have levelled quite a few to 15-25 since... I just can't get past that hump and want to pay someone else to have done it for me.

why revert?

Came back after a long absence, tried it out without bothering to actually learn how to play it, panic reverted since warrior is largely unchanged in.. eh... 20 years and I was comfortable with it.

Lol, warrior unchanged in 20 years? Probably the most fundamentally altered and developed class in the game.

Feint, ambush head, search, repeat. Not much fundamental difference, other than redux being somewhat lower. Suppose it's more like 16 years, but post-warrior guild it's more or less the same as it ever was, with the exception of tackle, and largely disarm, being extraneous now.

If it's UAC you like, just train your warrior in Brawling and use UAC. It's what I did.

A uac warrior is similar but certainly not as lethal as a uac monk, IMO

60's are a great time for monk, so easy to wreck minotaurs/krag yeti/bandits/grimswarm.

not to mention monk + THW + stance of the mongoose is a blast

Eh, if you're wanting to do THW a warrior has more tools to do it and do it better. They have mongoose, THW, berserk, and executioner's stance to knock corpses around when you're not berserking. Additionally, monks dodge so damn much that you really don't parry that often.

I'd rather have triple dodge/triple PF + monk spells.

A warriors armor trumps a monks spells and both can 3x dodge and pf. Monks are fun, for sure, I just don't see THW being the most mechanically strong combat form for them. Monks don't even get parry mastery which is what makes mongoose so damn strong.

I would say that there are pros and cons to each. Sure a warrior's armor will trump monk's armor from 1202 and it will definitely be better for CvA, but a monk wearing robes with 3x dodge is substantially more DS and cmaneuver defense over a 3x warrior in plate.

Monks need parry mastery!

DS isn't really a huge deal in the grand scheme. I'd rather have CvA than more DS.

Only reason why I'd play a warrior over a monk. And berserk.

Monks also lack weapon spec, bonding, and there's no as booster like Holler. That's a potential 40 missing AS off the top. They have cheap edged training but really lack the extra skills to make good use of it. Unfortunate, imo. They can gain +5 from perfect self and can keep surge going I suppose but I dunno... seem like they just aren't well suited towards swinging.

Suitable enough to solo grimswarm camps with ease.
