Seems to have been misplaced. I can't find it in any containers or lockers, so not sure. Has some good enhancive properties that I can identify if someone has picked it up. Might have been put into a container on the ground if I wasn't paying attention, and would be happy to reward someone for it's return. Would have been lost sometime in the past week in the Landing as I found it during DR dig time (though not at DR).
