Composite or Short Bow

Heya - thinking about converting a level 29 rogue to an sniper. Tons of dex, but only 17 base strength bonus. Looking for a short or composite bow and some arrow to get me started with a decent base enchantment. Been around the lands awhile, but archery is pretty foreign to me.
