I'm basically never a fan of going above 1x HP pre-cap, you're only getting what, 29? extra mana for the significant 2x TP costs. With your 2x SA you should be able to supplement your mana pool with wands. Also, you should really take a little out of your empath circle or some of your other miscellaneous skills to at least get up to 215, there's no reason not to have 211 and 215 at level 40.

Edit: Maybe even up to 219, depends on what you hunt and your priorities I guess.

I would say it depends on what your hunting with as primary spells. If you are bone-shatter/wither than why bother with spell aim at all at your current level? If you are bolting then definitely up to 215 in major spirit. As Velfi said the 2x harness power trains could definitely help more elsewhere.

I agree with the mana thing... Ive been Cuttin back a bit the past 9 levels or so... I might just stop training in it altogether now until i hit 1x level... And if i do that i will def have more TP's for more spells.. I am working on gettin the 200's up now

thats my shatter empath. 227 cs is decent so far and haven't had too many problems.

what are you trying to do with your empath? if youre going the pure route, your skills are way too spread out since you need more spell ranks. i'd also suggest dropping the lores for now. and if you don't use a lot of scrolls or magic items, drop those as well.
