Bold calligraphy states simply, "This contract entitles the bearer to expand the capacity of a single storage locker of their choosing by an additional 100 items. This choice, once made, is permanent. If the chosen locker is subsequently shipped to another town, the additional storage capacity will be transferred as well. If in agreement with this legally binding contract, please WRITE your acceptance on the contract."
