Selling off a head worn Truthie jewelry item. These items, at some point sold by Truthie, hence the name, will glow depending on the ambient light of the area. If you're in a dark area, they will dim, if you're in a light area they will grow brighter, for example. You can also "charge" them to a greater level of brightness by casting Light (205) at it. I remember my first one I bought for a rogue character so I could tell how bright an area was to work on my reps. Otherwise, I can't think of a great utility for them, but they do look nice.
