This question comes up every so often every few years. I don't know that anyone has ever tracked down Teegan. I think Teegan just had a bunch of nice stuff in his/her shop and has since left the lands and it's still floating out there.

Unless you're asking about that DB in the shop, just do what I've been doing: buy the item on the test server and see if it's what you're looking for. I think it's still up.

Thanks for the info friends! Especially that gem about buying stuff on the test server, never considered that. I will be reaching out and checking multi-passes and hopefully will finally dine on the biscuits of the gods!
