Looking for a layered clothing shirt. It should inspect as: You determine that you could wear the shirt around your chest, beneath another garment.

I bought one earlier today (a soft pink satin shirt striped with vaalin-swept ebon) thinking I could dye it but apparently you can't. It's hideous and I'd have to use an alter spot on it which I'd prefer not to if I can help it. I am looking for one that is much simpler or plainer.

Let me know if you have anything like this. I could consider other shirt type nouns like tunic, etc.

Anything in that slot is likely to be woundedwear. The slot was created for woundedwear last EG and I'm not sure other items have been released in that slot, but if they have been, they are probably scripted, and thus cannot be dyed. You'll need a merchant to alter it.

Thanks for the heads up. There actually is regular non wounded wear clothing that fits in that slot, as I have a couple of pieces. But now that you bring up the fact that wounded wear fits there, I can target my search for just that; as it's probably easier to find than non-wounded wear clothing that fits that slot.

That slot was opened before wounded ware was invented. I still have a silk shirt for that slot, i think, debuted with voln armor.

Initially wounded ware took the torso (armor slot) but glad to see it was updated to be worn under.

Although rare, the slot existed before wounded wear. Wounded wear were changed to use that slot because having them in the armor slot made them useless.

I reread the post. The slot did exist but not for functional items, so it was updated so that functional items could be worn there.

Bump. Still looking for this. Has to be a "shirt" or "underrobe".

>inspect undershirt
You carefully inspect your silk undershirt.

You determine that you could wear the undershirt around your chest, beneath another garment.

It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of cloth.

Like that?

I have had that for like.. I don't know.. 3 or 4 years. So... yeah.

Yep, that's what I'm looking for. Except for my case just "shirt" or "underrobe" is preferred. I know they're out there. I actually have an undershirt and a regular shirt, both of which I'd have to get altered to work for what I want though. Trying to see if I can avoid that route for now and just pick one up.
