Exquisite etchings of miniature drakes decorate the edge of this warblade. Each subsequent drake's wing connects with the wing of the former, creating an etched chain that extends along the entire length of the weapon's blade. Expertly-cut pieces of obsidian have been imbedded into the hilt, providing a sturdy handhold. A faint aura of holy light radiates from the warblade. A strange necrotic haze radiates from the warblade.

How does the permbless work? Is it a script? Does it work with splitting etc?

Not a script, it takes the item slot where weighting/flares/defender and stuff go.

You should be able to split it and have 2 permablessed copies in each hand.
