Slender mithril wands.

I know a few of the alchemy made wands can have 40 charges stuffed into them, does anyone know if these are chargeble or are they capped at 10 charges?

Ok they're capped at 10 charges which I find odd since you can make Ranger ones with 8 for much less hassle.
