These can be unlocked to this tier by Xerria but it is a limited unlock. These were released by GM Haliste's NPC at EG this last year. There is one of each "type".. by type I mean that there is a different set of zests and there are limits on what kinds of animals each can become. As such, if you want a specific stuffed animal, make sure you get the right one. These can be unlocked once more to raffle/auction quality, which appears to give them some ambients. *Also, side note, there are some words or phrases that you cannot get your stuffimal to whisper.. I wont share what I tried to get it to say, but suffice it to say the message I got back was: "That message is not appropriate. Try again!"
