Last I checked, invisibility fails and any low level creature can sniff you out if you remain in the open in a hunting ground. So, unless it is fixed, it does not provide much function in combat (unless you are very quick).

Hiding is rank or skill based however and doesn't suffer this.

The moonlit plain of grass extends off to the west as far as the eye can see. A constant wind blows down from the rugged crags above, carrying a slight chill and a touch of humid mist in the air. The gliding form of a huge bird circling overhead casts a momentary shadow over the grass.
