I wonder how long before a girl complains that they don't want to shower with a boy who claims he identifies as female.

Yup. I can already hear those on the left calling that girl exactly that.

The SJW will always end up eating it's own, it's really not about the endgame for them, it's about being noticed during the game. We already see signs of this within some of these movements, BLM turning on white supporters of the movement, even within the LGBT community there are those that are not considered "Gay enough" and are disliked by the community.

I really don't understand why people get upset when others say that you should use a restroom that you have the parts for.
If you identify as a woman but born a man, fine, once you get the dick cut off, feel free to use the woman's rest room. Until then, you are a man, and use the men's.
Ultimately I don't think it matters. There are places that have co-ed bathrooms, and for adults, I couldn't care less really. If it upsets you that much, find a reg bathroom, or hold it till your home.
But it's a different thing when you start getting into kids... Just mystifies me. I thought the left was all about protecting kids. No.. now we have a situation where they are more concerned about getting the LGBT vote then protecting kids.
This part also horrifies me .. "they risk losing federal education aid if they limit students to areas or teams based on their gender assigned at birth."
So... men on the women's swim teams? Girls playing football? (could care less about the second really, go for it if you can hack it)
I can't tell you how many boys in MY HS would have said.. "Oh yeah, I am really a girl" just to get to shower with the girls. (Hell, we had 4 rapes ~IN~ my HS so as it was)
Boy wants to get a college scholarship but just not quite good enough as a man, just claim to be female on the inside, run track, and there you go.. all state. Generally wouldn't apply as much in reverse, but I could still see it.
Come on... lets get real here. You know how fucked up this world is... could you imagine a girl that feels she is a guy on a male soccer team on an away game where they have to spend the night? Gang rape just waiting to happen. Oh wait.. will you require a female chaperon in that case? But... she ISN'T a female.. right?
These people need to get their head out of their ass. Not everything is a civil rights violation. Telling a 15 year old boy he has to shower with boys not girls is not a civil rights violation.
You know what.. Fuck it... I "Identify" as a Black native American. I have a plant outside, I want my 50,000$ for the white man keeping me from being a farmer, and I want free land and medical for the white man from taking my land to begin with. What is that.. you say I am not that? Well fuck you.. I feel I am, and that's all that matters anymore.

gender assigned at birth
Can't stand this sound bite. Like there's this staff of gender doctors that has a round table discussion that determines your gender who ultimately ask the janitor to look between the legs for the final decision.

Eh. Schools have a lot more leeway to bust people for being creepy than the actual police do (even though in many cases it isn't used). At the same time I could see actual transgender kids getting the crap beaten out of them really easily.
I teach in a fairly liberal school district and haven't taught a single one that I'm aware of though.

That's because the latest poll put it at 0.3%. If your school has any, it would be lucky to have one.. and that's if they are even open about it. Much more likely that they are not, specially at that age really.
And I agree... unless little Timmy/Tammy can take care of themselves in a fight, I would expect them to get ragged on and eventually attacked. After all.. kids suck.

Right, and meanwhile, the very small trans population has been pooping and pissing in various bathrooms with for the most part no one noticing, for years.

As far as children go, as a parent of a toddler bathrooms are torture chambers where you're either pleading with a tiny irrational human to empty their bladder/bowels or else you're praying they don't lick or touch anything disgusting while you attempt to drop a deuce in record time. No one particularly cares or notices who else is around. If my son announces he needs to potty and there's a line for the women's room I march him right into the men's room to go and have zero fucks to give. It's a human body, not the remnants of Ramsay Bolton's latest torture festival. My kid won't be damaged if he sees a penis or vagina, he spent his first year of life hanging off a tit after all.
This entire argument is like squabbling over the wall colors of the Titanic while it's halfway underwater. I agree that the entire thing is meant to distract us.

Agreed, it would be nice to hear one of these fucks talk about what the fuck we are going to do about all these trade jobs that are going to become obsolete over the next couple decades, we will be dealing with uuuuuuuuuge unemployment numbers and we ain't done shit in our public schools to prepare the coming generations. Essentially we are at least 2 generations behind the Chinese and we are focusing on bathrooms.

So are the students going to have to somehow prove they are transgender? Or that they truly do identify with being female/male?

Abortion just isn't drawing 'em in the way it used to, so the transgender issue was needed to make sure everyone votes on social issues instead of whether or not our economy and roads etc are in shitty shape or not?

No. If they say they're transgender, they're transgender and can therefore poop and pee anywhere they please. Otherwise, lawsuit. This whole thing is about the most retarded thing I've ever heard of. Police: Man choked 8-year-old girl in South Loop Jason's Deli bathroom
CHICAGO (SUN TIMES MEDIA WIRE/FOX 32) - A man choked an 8-year-old girl until she passed out inside the bathroom of a South Loop Jason's Deli last weekend, according to Chicago Police.
She was with her mother at the restaurant in the 1200 block of South Canal when the girl went to the bathroom alone about 1:15 p.m. on May 7, according to Chicago Police.
The woman then heard a scream from her daughter and went inside to find 33-year-old Reese M. Hartstirn carrying the unconscious girl into a stall, police said. He had choked her with his hands, police allege.
A Jason's Deli spokeswoman refuted the report that the girl lost consciousness.
Other people in the store helped restrain the man until police arrived to arrest him. The girl was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital, but police did not have information on her condition.
Jason's Deli released a statement on the incident on Friday:
"We’re blessed to have a wonderful relationship with the Chicago Police Department. Many of them are our customers and because of their connection to our deli, this unfortunate situation was handled very quickly. We’re proud of how our team members responded and thankful that we have the kind of customers that are willing to lend a hand in a difficult situation. We continue to work hard every day to make every customer happy"
Hartstirn, of the 500 block of North Racine, was charged with felony counts of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated battery of a child. He also faces misdemeanor counts of battery and aggravated assault of a peace officer for taking a swing at an officer who booked him at the Central District station, police said.
He was ordered without bond at a Monday hearing and is due back in court May 16, according to the Cook County sheriff’s office

One nut job wanting to rape a child. Not a single word in the article about him being transsexual, and the illegality of what he did hasn't changed because of some ruling or law change. He's a pederast I'm sure. You guys are too easy for the media to use.

It's not the Transgender or wtf ever the majority of us are concerned about. It provides an opening for an assailant to take advantage of the situation and they will. The argument for those in favor of the law is to protect the transgender, our argument is you put the safety of less than one percent over that of everyone else. It's not worth the risk.

Sure but it's also the argument people make when some people want to tighten gun laws or ban them outright. We don't really have a precedent of refusing to legislate things because someone could pervert the law, though. The answer is to try to mitigate abuse risk. Sometimes that means additional laws- like make impersonating a trans person to abuse a child an extra offense. It won't deter pedos but at least it'll lock them up longer.
Either way, it's stupid as hell that people get so up in arms either way. It's a gross place to piss and shit. I don't linger long enough to wonder what other people have under their clothes let alone try to sneak a peek.

http://www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/transgender-girl-says-rejected-straight-6857022
So.. if I am to understand this young woman correctly, I should not have the right to decide if I want to "hook up" date, or have a relationship with a girl that has a penis? I should see beyond the schlong to the person inside.... yeah, right.
"Straight guys just can't get over you having the male parts."
Cause.. you know... they are straight.
Hell.. people don't date other people for a lot less then that... like a malformed hand, or a lazy eye, even a huge birthmark.
As for bathrooms.. you know what, i am over it. I don't care. But lets not treat anyone special. Get rid of all "sex" when it comes to facilities. Imagine how much money places would save to just have ~1~ bathroom or shower system. Hell, schools wouldn't even need swim suits anymore, More money savings!
Seriously tho... if they are going to say it's ok for young girls to shower with a young boy because the boy says he is really a girl, then why not just let them all shower together?

I guess I just don't get why people care so much. When someone says "Hi I'm Carol" we just take her at face value and call her Carol. We don't demand proof she has a vagina she was born with and maybe she used to be Carl. Who gives a fuck? It literally impacts my life not at all and helps to keep some people from killing themselves. It's like the entire freak out over gay marriage. My brother in law/son's godfather is gay and my son has never questioned it or been confused by the concept. It's not like they're having gay sex in front of him, just like my sister in laws aren't banging their husbands before his eyes.
I've spent a shit ton of time with my inlaws since having a kid, especially my father in law. We've talked politics extensively and he's a diehard republican. We'd previously written each other off because I tend to self identify as commie pinko, but through calm and honest conversation.. The man is smart as hell, he's not a racist bigot, and honestly this election cycle has been very hard to stomach because while I'm deeply unhappy with "my side's" candidates, he's basically been left out to dry. And it's because of frankly stupid shit like this. And maybe it's because I deeply care about people on the opposite end of the political spectrum, but it frustrates me that everyone falls for it every time.
Whenever your own side tries to make the other into the bogeyman, slow down. They're doing classic misdirection 99% of the time. God fucking knows I hate being known as "liberal" because this party does that shit non stop too. They (lifetime politicians) want us emotional and at eachother's throats. And they want that so we don't turn and hold them all accountable for their fuck ups.

I could care less if "Carl" wants to be called Carol. I could care less if Carol has her dick cut off and a hole put there. I really really don't. More power to them for doing what they feel they need to.
I do give a shit when they get upset that (in this instance) that straight boys should ignore their dick and date them cause they are a girl. Isn't that ... I don't know.... up to the fucking person?
I certainly don't ask every woman I meet.. "excuse me, but were you born a boy", why would I? When it comes to a relationship tho.. I do think it's something that should be said. (Kids for one) I mean.. ok, lets say you meet a guy, and he seems great, but it turns out he was a serial killer 20 years ago, served his time and is out now. Isn't THAT something you would want to know before having a relationship?
There was another article about a teen Girl that was upset because the boys would flirt with her friends and not her... sorry.. no offense.. but the boys know you got a dick. YOU may feel like a girl, but generally (not always of course) they are going to think of you as a guy. It sucks.. it really does, but that's life. Buy a deck of cards, and learn how to deal, because that's how it currently is.
Unless of course the government is going to mandate teens taking trans out on dates, whether they want to or not.

First, don't mistake it for hatred, I have family that is gay and it does not bother me one bit. I also have much greater concerns than who pee's where.
The problem is we are making policy without using logic, at all. These states are now being held hostage over who pee's where through threat of having the tax payers money confiscated. Don't let boys and girls pee and shower together, then fuck all your districts education. That is exactly what is being forced, fuck teaching our children, people that can't figure out where to pee comes before teaching important shit like math, science, reading.....and it's fucking showing, we are literally graduating retards, but hey at least the confused folks know they can pee wherever. This is fucking Twilight Zone shit, off the fucking charts and everyone throws their arms up "who cares, what's the big deal?".
These fucking nimrods have been focusing on this shit for 40 years and in that 40 years we have been on a continuous downward trend, but let's continue to listen to these idiots at least no ones feelings will be hurt.

So this somehow makes it ok for the Federal Government to withhold tax dollars, which were taken from the states in the first place, to force every school to have transgender bathrooms? I'm totally into extortion as well, seems extortion is the only way Obama and his circle of fags can get their fantasies passed. How does holding a gun to all the children's education so maybe one or two people can pee where they think they should be peeing make any fucking sense at all?

It's how federalism works whether we like it or not. As even one of my Republican coworkers said, this isn't that big a deal because its so rare and the kid would "suffer worse outside the bathroom."
I'd promptly get the ACLU and teacher's unions to fund a constitutional challenge to "forced biblical teaching" but I understand that federalism is federalism.

Look on the bright side... if we ever get a Republican in the Whitehouse, we can end sanctuary cities by the same method. Actually.. know what the best part of how he did this is? If a Republican gets into the Whitehouse... instantly reversed. Since you know... there is no law or anything.

Yeah.. makes perfect sense.. THAT'S why both Obama and Clinton were against gay marriage before they ran for election. Cause.. you know.. Clinton would TOTALLY get the gay vote if she said they shouldn't be able to get married. (Like she did before)

Right now, there's no specific protocol for how someone should demonstrate their gender in order to access a bathroom.
Specific protocol to "demonstrate" their gender? I thought the whole point of this bullshit issue was that transgender people shouldn't be made to feel differently for using the bathroom they are most comfortable with.
Does someone who was born a man and who identifies as a man have to "demonstrate" their gender? If not then it seems like you're treating transgender people differently than the rest...now what's the word for that...what was it again...OH YEAH! Discrimination.
It seems people who are tripping over themselves to get these things changed haven't really thought this out very much.
Let me just see if I understand the outraged correctly here...ahem...
North Carolina just comes right out and states: If it says "male" on your birth certificate then you use the men's bathroom. If it says "female" then use the women's bathroom.
Well that's just sexist! And transphobic! And homophobic! And fuck, probably somehow racist!
Seattle says hey, we're the good guys! We're going to let you use whichever bathroom you feel most comfortable with! ... as long as you can "demonstrate" that you belong in the bathroom you are using.
Well that sounds fair! Yeah yeah! That's great! How much longer should we pat ourselves on the back for?

I think for the majority of actually trans people its really a non issue. They have been using whatever bathroom they want for a while now. Its people like the one in the article that worry everyone else. People are always going to try to "game" the system and I think you're right, they didn't think very far ahead to what this might cause.

https://www.propublica.org/article/why-north-carolinas-new-anti-lgbt-law-is-a-trojan-horse
The legislation doesn’t stop there, however. Tucked inside is language that strips North Carolina workers of the ability to sue under a state anti-discrimination law, a right that has been upheld in court since 1985. “If you were fired because of your race, fired because of your gender, fired because of your religion,” said Allan Freyer, head of the Workers’ Rights Project at the N.C. Justice Center in Raleigh, “… you no longer have a basic remedy.”
That's bullshit.
The "basic remedy" is these concerns are now handled by a state agency who then turn the matter over to the EEOC.

Of course I don't claim it makes you a better driver. Just some push back to this nonsense that we should hold off on ending prohibition because of impaired driving, if you're that concerned about it, don't partake in the risky behavior of driving. I'm just going by a shot in the dark here, but I would imagine the majority of car accidents don't involve any substances at all.
I have not looked at stats from Washington, in Colorado there has been a decrease in auto accidents since legalization. Personally I have spent a good share of time in both states since their ending prohibition, I have noticed no difference, just a personal observation of course.
I can't stress how much it has sucked to have to leave my entire family behind so I can seek out medicine that stops my tremors without the risk of becoming dependent on a narcotic, which I refuse to take. And as usual this is all being held up by retard politicians with notions of Reefer Madness in their minds. But here man let us feed you these opioids, they are perfectly harmless.

Well... the one you are using is using a High and an average to show that the Increase in the past few years is still lower then the highest in the past 10+ years.
"The 11.7 percent increase in fatalities over 2014 is the highest year-over-year increase since 2002. That year, 743 people died in traffic accidents. The lowest since then was 447 fatalities in 2011."
Basically.. the lowest since 2002 was in 2011, since 2011 it's been rising steadily. So.. if you just look at the data from 2011, forward, there have been more deaths then the year previous.
Of course, with statistics, a lot of the time, you can show just about anything you want if you word it right.

Distraction argument is distracting. Please try to make a valid logical argument supporting recreational pot use. Pot is a psychoactive, our already overly immature and emotionally weak population doesn't need MORE ways to demonstrate it's immaturity and emotional weakness. And no, alcohol's level of harm is not anywhere near close to the level of harm cause by smoking and sugar so please spout some more bullshit about how it's the most harmful drug.
How much first hand experience do you have with pot, Mr. Freedom?
I'm gonna guess none, since you think that pot can only be ingested by smoking or by loading it up with sugar.
And really...sugar? Please post the entire contents of your kitchen so we can make sure you don't have anything that uses sugar as an ingredient, or a container full of actual sugar. Especially since I'm sure all those empty calories from all those booze are quite healthy for both you and your liver.

Please go back and re-read the origional argument. Also, we don't really know how much damage weed does because we don't know what all it does and how much can actualy be attributed to it. For example, we don't know the long term effects and damage to society by indirectly lowering the IQ of habitual tokers. We do know the long term affects of alcoholism and so on.

Family is back home in Iowa, they passed a bill allowing use of CBD, cool right? Wrong, lawmakers in Iowa are among the retards, CBD can't be produced or transported in the state. The Iowa pharma board just decided last week to leave it listed as a schedule 1 substance.
Moved to Montana, who allow Medical Cannabis and I thought I had found my ticket. Turns out you have to run this long gauntlet here to get a state approved card. They also are trying to change the law, get this, a doctor who prescribes Cannabis will only be allowed 25 patients and dispensaries will only be allowed to have 3, yes 3, clients. So for every doctor there will need to be 8 dispensaries. Again, retards, retards everywhere.

You can get ounces there for $125, but again I would be sitting behind bars right now if I had an ounce. Price depends on the strain and the retailer. I was paying $180 for that amount back home and it was a crap shoot if there was any CBD in the product, most of the street stuff has no CBD and the cheap shit is usually laced with PCP or some shit. I'm sure I would have found cheaper given more time to explore the market, but I was perfectly happy with what I was paying.

I agree with you, it is ridiculous.
But near Harmless is not Harmless. And unless you want the entire population that decides to do pot high 24/7, even the video you linked says that occasional users drive much worse when under the influence. My original post about it was to point out the fact that people jump the gun with laws and executive actions before actually looking at the consequences, or to have consequences in place, and usually it's because they want to be seen as the "Progressive" or "Conservative" people. (It easily applies to the stupid laws conservatives pass without thinking as well)
As odd as it sounds, since I have never done any illegal drug, and never want to. I really do feel all drugs should be legal. Every last one of them. Then controlled and sold by the Government.
But if you take one of the real bad ones... I think you should be cut off from society. No free anything. Not even live saving medical care. If you decide you want to shoot heroin, or smoke crack. That's on you, and you have no right at all to be a burden on society or other people other then your family if they even want you.
With pot... I still think it should be sold by the government and not by people. There is way to much corruption in it already. Look at what they tried to do in Ohio.
Of course.. for people that smoke it.. it still ranks up there with one of the stupidest things you can do in life. I know it's not the same as tobacco, I know there are many ways to smoke it where you are not burning paper and such, but seriously.. it is never good to introduce something into your lungs that was not meant to be there. I mean.. it's smoke. Unless someone starts saying the Pot smoke has healing properties on the lungs, it's not good for the lungs. Better to just eat the damn shit.

Yes, smoke is bad for the lungs. That's about all you said that makes sense. Using your logic, I must assume anyone that drinks, is drunk 24/7, I sure the fuck know that ain't true. You really don't know what you are talking about, it can be delivered in many fashions, lotions, patches, candies, vaping. Yea, we did the Government liquor stores as well at one time. Look what New York did, $50,000 to apply to be one of the chosen few suppliers and you lost that money even if you were not among the few they chose, if you were chosen you had to pay another $250,000 dollars for the license fee.

Look what New York did, $50,000 to apply to be one of the chosen few suppliers and you lost that money even if you were not among the few they chose, if you were chosen you had to pay another $250,000 dollars for the license fee.
In both Colorado and Washington all that weed is inspected and tested for potency and chemicals, then every container is labeled with the contents. Just like fucking alcohol. I'm sorry, no fucking way I want to have the Government in control of it. Sorry Jarvan you are completely out of the know on this subject.
Um... No shit it can be taken in multiple forms, I just said the morons that smoke it are stupid.
The 24/7 was in response to the video where the daily user drove better then the person that did it once in awhile. Ok.. Hyperbole for 24/7. But that isn't the point. If you are another one of those people that think being high doesn't affect anyone's driving at all, well... I'll just say good day.

ive been smoking weed for almost 20 years. had a pulmonary function test last year and my lungs were in perfect condition.
I know someone that smoked 3 packs a day for 70 years. Died falling down the stairs.
But yeah.. you know... your individual experience is right and science is wrong. Thanks for that.

I said way back like 2 pages ago that I don't think this, have you been in the sauce?
Again going by your logic, driving while drinking must be ok, because alcohol is legal. No one dies from alcohol poisoning and it's not harmful to the body. If these are your concerns about ending cannabis prohibition, it must be true that alcohol is harmless or you would be demanding it once again be illegal.
I'm going to be honest with you Jarvan, I have never once been in a debate on this subject and have an anti-legalization person have any reasoning other than, I don't like pot heads. Every argument they offer is based off bullshit that has been debunked decades ago. The "I don't like potheads" argument is not good enough to continue to put people in jail, separate families and take away medicinal options. It is the redneckiest subject out there and the current laws rely on this ignorance.

It is actually an interesting question... which is more important... the ability to pee/shower where you feel you should... or someone else's privacy. (Assuming for example that teenage girls don't want to shower with a GINO) ~Girl in Name Only~I really hope this was a pun.
That is currently the case, but did not become so until the federal government forced states to lower their statutory DUI limits to 0.10 BAC. The system works! :)
We have conflicting reports here:Jarvan's looks at traffic fatalities specifically involving people who tested positive for marijuana, your source is of the opinion that those tests are inappropriate and so looks at fatalities overall. They are both telling a truth.
