Ok, the fixskills is coming up in a few weeks and I haven't played a sorcerer in a while. I somewhat haphazardly used last year's fixskills with the results below. Any advice on what I should tweak is appreciated.

Armor Use..........................| 30 6
Physical Fitness...................| 146 46
Arcane Symbols.....................| 146 46
Magic Item Use.....................| 146 46
Spell Aiming.......................| 145 45
Harness Power......................| 170 70
Elemental Mana Control.............| 74 16
Spirit Mana Control................| 141 41
Sorcerous Lore - Demonology........| 78 17
Sorcerous Lore - Necromancy........| 96 22
Perception.........................| 146 46
Climbing...........................| 90 20
Swimming...........................| 74 16

Spell Lists
Minor Elemental....................| 31

Spell Lists
Minor Spiritual....................| 20

Spell Lists
Sorcerer...........................| 66

As somewhat of an aside, I'd like to keep PT and Perception at 1x each because I am overly paranoid about maneuvers and dodging them as much as possible.

If you're using full leather you can drop armor use down to 4 ranks.

I'm a firm believer in 1xing harness power until cap. You pay twice as much for every rank above your level for only 1/3 the benefit of every rank prior to your level. But if you have extra points to spend it isn't going to hurt you.

No glaring problems that I see, but I would personally lower harness power to 1x and try to bring elemental mana control up to 1x, it helps with ensorcell and with a few other spells I do believe.

I'd agree. You can put the extra into more spell power or something. With 702 you can easily plow through most situations. Add the extra to Sorc and you have better CS as well as ensorcell stuff.

If the sorc is already at Sorc+21, while the returns from additional CS are great, I'd still grant the person personal preference between more CS and additional mana via HP.
Not that I advocate training above 1x HP... I'd stop at 100 ranks, and never train in HP again til post-cap. So it'll even out over time, but maximize the short term gains while your mana pool is so tiny.

Thanks folks.

I *think* I had some decent reinforced leather at some point, and that's why I went to 6 - I probably will drop it to 4 though, I hadn't even noticed it was at 6.

Only other question - I assume that 1x spell aim is actually worthwhile since nobody has suggested I either go to 2x or drop it altogether?

Pretty sure you want to 2x or nothing.
