Collectively these add the maximum (+40) to logic
You could obviously move the orbs around if you wanted one to be +28 logic (42 trains) and one to be +14 logic (24 trains), if that suited you

Or are they just logically daggers due to the description?

Definitely point 2, they are logically daggers due to the description.
They don't do anything themselves except have 2 fusion slots.
With the +40 to logic they collectively impart, they will help you store and absorb experience better.
I don't remember the exact breakdown of all the orbs, if its important I can get it but they are pretty evenly divided up if it matters to anyone for age restrictions.
They will need to be charged.

Well see, that is a good selling point. Knowing who can even use them would be a good idea for one.

If it's capped chars only, or 90+ etc etc.

Sorry I've seen a handful of these dagger sets sell with little to no information, so I thought they were generally well understood.
Looking on the players shop, orbs that are a +7 logic bonus is lvl 39, +13 to logic is lvl 37. The orbs here are roughly in that camp, so I believe that's probably a decent proxy. I'll look into to getting a more specific answer however.

I made a logic sap and some logic knuckles ... just made it easier to keep up with them. Well, except for the sap since I always pull out a sapphire by mistake. :)
