Some stuff got moved back. Like 650, Assume Aspect.

Not suck huh? They originally posted 4/6 for combat mobility master and now its 5/10...that made it suck more. Hope they dont nurf it too...I wanna hold basically 8x w/ 4x and mastered wspec and wbond
