Trade you a +11 AGI stat helm...it may have other properties.

I think I paid 3m or so for some +8 or 9 str greaves recently.

Yours has a higher stat, but head is not as desirable because some people cant wear head armor with their asg and/or need the spot for a crit padded helm. So take that as a starting point and work from there, nice find!
