Ok, the account that has this shop is set to non-renew on Sunday, so doing this a little different.. Whoever has the highest posted bid at 10pm central time Friday night wins with transfer of shop tonight or tomorrow at the latest whichever works best for them. Sorry if this inconveniences anyone interested but I am not going to renew just to prolong the auction.
