Waggle Not Picking up New Spells

I have an issue with Waggle thats really bugging me. I log in from work and from home throughout the day. My home waggle doesn't have this problem, but my Surface Pro does while I'm at work. It's simply not picking up several new spells I received from a recent fixskill. Threads I've read point to infomon not running, but it is...I've also tried the following:

;magic clear
;magic
spell all
spell active
stopped and restarted infomon
stopped and restarted waggle
deleted waggle and redownloaded
deleted infomon and redownloaded
added the spells manually to waggle (they still don't show)

Would appreciate some help...spelling up from work is the most tedious thing

Scratch that...magically it's working. I went in the following order from another post if anyone else has this problem:

skills
skills base
;magic clear
spell all
spell active

Glad you got it. Usually a SKILLS or SKILLS BASE does it. Forgot which one. The ;magic clear/spell active just resets the ;magic duration so ;waggle knows what your spells have left time-wise.
