From Drudge, but when have they ever lied about something that concerns a Conservative?

One can only pray for the veracity of this report.

I hope it's true, now if Bush can just manage to keep Powell and ditch Cheney, Rice and Rumsfield....

I think we might see quite a few people jumping ship.

My money is on Rice leaving next.

She got the shit end of the stick when Bush & Cheney said "You, go ahead and testify, we'll just chill here off the record".

They can all go, I'm sure Bush's ass was crowded with all those arms up there.

Yep...I think we will see it from moderate conservatives primarily.

Do you think God would listen to the prayers of an agnostic? Please God, let it be true... But Drudge?

Ashroft AND Powel are expected to leave. Rudi Guilianni is in the running for Ashcroft’s place.

Wonder when his lease is up. The sooner he takes his carpet bagging ass back to where ever he came from the better.

I think Alan Keyes' time has come and gone.

This is the type of guy our founding father's had in mind when they inserted the seperation of church and state.

You should dig up and watch the Obama/Keyes debate, it's rather sad.

It's very common for cabinet members to move to other positions or go into the civilian workforce after 4 years. Nothing new here.

Except that Bush has made all these people look like flipping retards. And the only reason they didn't resign before is so that he wouldn't get bad press while running his campaign.

D'oh!

U.S. President George W. Bush announces he will nominate Alberto R. Gonzales, his White House Counsel, to succeed John Ashcroft as U.S. Attorney General. Gonzales would be the first Hispanic to hold the position if the nomination is confirmed by the Senate.l

Yey! Go Alberto, it's your birthday!

He doesn't seem to be a terrible choice. Certainly, I expected a lot worse out of Dubya considering who he chose for the first term. From what I've read, he'll probably be confirmed after some hard questioning; especially on his views about the "quaint" provisions of the Geneva Conventions.
