This may be a bit strange, but I'm posting this "complaint" about Devishal because I recently purchased him and I just found out that he may have a history in Ta'Vaalor. If the character was a problem for you, please let me know the history.

My goal for this post is to find out some background on the character, just so I have an idea of what has taken place, and to notify everyone that someone new is behind Devishal.

If anyone has had any negative interactions with this character in the past and would like to put the cards on the table, so to speak, feel free.

This isn't the first time I've heard of a GS4 player using lawsuit. I can't remember who it was. Someone who was going to sue Simutronics for getting banned or something.

On Topic: Buying a character means you inherit their reputation. At least for awhile.

Oh, I've seen people threaten with one all the time. It is always some cry baby. Someone threatened GS with a lawsuit on the officials when they didn't get a prize they wanted from a pay event once.

They'd be banned from Simu products for life, lose because Simu does have a decent amount of money and it'll have better lawyers, and the plaintiff would have to pay for all the court costs. Depends on if Whatley decided to settle or not, which I don't think would be a good idea. It'd embolden others to sue for stupid shit.

Well, or take them to small claims. Then Simu can't use a lawyer.

Okay, after being contacted by the seller I have removed part of the information I posted. It's turning into a he-said, she-said and a big headache that I don't exactly want to be a part of. Aside from roleplaying an evil Faendryl, it may have been a boyfriend-girlfriend situation that turned ugly.

I'm still interested in knowing if there is any character history specific to Devishal that I should be aware of if anyone has that sort of information to post.
