A mottled parchment envelope riddled with mold. Holds 80 labels, fully unlocked, and comes with 10 greenish parchment labels marred with various stains.
Helps to identify your items properties without you having to remember them. Comes in very handy also when you go to sell it later and don't remember what all of your item's properties were.
For those that don't know how labels work, you PULL envelope to remove a label, WRITE on the label using a stylus or quill designed to work with labels (of which there are several available in player shops right now) to describe your item's properties (WRITE +20, fire flares, etc.), PULL label to remove the backing and expose the sticky part, then PUT label on your gear. Then when you look at your gear, you see
look falchion:
You see nothing unusual, except for a small enchanter's glyph.
There appears to be something written on it.
read falchion:
A greenish parchment label marred with various stains secured around the hilt of the eonake falchion reads, "5x, plasma flares, maxlight, 3lbs."
The label is only visible when you are holding the item and you READ the item. No one else sees the label.
SCRIPTS (the fully unlocking of the envelope allows for these label scripts)
>eat label
You quickly pop the parchment label into your mouth, chew it up, and swallow it. So much for evidence!
XXX quickly pops the parchment label into his mouth, chews it up, and swallows it. How odd.
>smell label
You bring your label to your nose and inhale deeply. Fresh and clean!
>touch label
You tap the parchment label against your cheek, wondering what to write.
>tilt my env
You lift your parchment envelope up to your ear and shake it back and forth. A satifying shuffling sound resounds in your ear. You still have a bunch of labels left!
>touch my env
You run your hands over the surface of your envelope, thoroughly checking for any imperfections.
>knock my env
You tap on your parchment envelope in a staccato rhythm, casually glancing about the area.
Labels can be applied to armor, weapons, shields, magic items, enhancives, clothing, and containers.

Analyze
You analyze your parchment envelope and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
This item is a box to store multiple labels.
A merchant can alter this item with a long description or a show, but it must remain some kind of small, unwearable container.
It currently contains 10 labels out of a maximum of 80.
Certain merchants may be able to deepen this item to hold more labels.
This envelope is unlocked; it will automatically unlock your label when you pull them out. Additionally, this envelope supports TILT, TOUCH, and KNOCK.
You get no sense of whether or not the envelope may be further lightened.
>weigh my envelope
You carefully examine the parchment envelope and determine that the weight is less than 2 pounds.
