If you're too high the Eye of V'Tull and too low for the Temple of Nelemar does anyone know what of sort of quests the guild will give you? bandit and gem quests only?

There's one level you cannot get any tasks between fire mages and nelemar. After that you can ask for more challenging tasks and you will be sent to the water temple. Actually with the confluence there is probably no longer any gap.
