MnE ranks effect on disarm enhancement

OK, can we find out what my disarm enhancement is giving me from the following:

TRAP = 293
140 disarm skill
27 dex bonus
48 ranks of MnE

First "poor" attempt did not get the trap.
Second "poor" attempt did get the trap.

Is it 293 - 140 - 27 -endroll(~35) = ~91?

You are forgetting that on a subsequent try of the same lock, you get a 'bonus' for trying again, but if I ever knew how much it was, I forget now.

So the first attempt modded down the required roll by 5-10.

So:

Is it 285 - 140 - 27 -endroll(~35) = ~83?
