Protests are a intersting thing sometimes it seems. The ideas people get to protest are even more interesting. This weekend here at Ft. Huachuca

http://www.consensus.net/end_us_torture.html

rather amusing flyer... full of lies on top of it.

The Army Intelligence Training Center at Fort Huachuca educates military personnel in torture and these students go on to train people in torture all across the globe
I attend the AITC and wont be learning anything like that, the most torture we put people though is asking a lot of questions....

The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that I am basicly stuck on post this weekend because of it.

We don't torture?

Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghurayb ring bells?

Perhaps the claim that torture 101 is a course given is rather absurd, don't claim that we don't torture.

I read that web site, and just a little piece of me wanted to die. First it wanted to consume people in a rage of fire and pain, but then it wanted to die

:hang:

Tsa'ah I did not say America I said we, 97B and 97E, the two Human Intelligence gathering (IE thoes who Interrogate), the two schools they are protesting, though they don't even know what we are or do, the army has at not point and will not at any point teach us how to torture people. What was done in Iraq was MP's being very very stupid, nothing more.
