Looks fine. As a THW user, I'd recommend getting up to 120 as soon as you can. The extra CS+DEF will help as you start fighting tougher creatures. Course if you have spellbots then it's not so much an issue.

I'd say the biggest priority is to get yourself into plate ASAP. It's going to be critical for survivability as things get tougher.
Plate and 30 ranks of moc for focus mstrike

Plate and 30 ranks of moc for focus mstrikeYeah. I'd even consider holding off on CM and maybe even 1x THW for a level or two to hit those two breakpoints ASAP (140 armor and 30 MOC). Full plate and a targeted mstrike will make a much bigger difference in your hunting than the 3 AS and 2 CM points you'll delay for a level.

After I get to 140 armor should I slow up on armor training and focus points towards MoC/dodge?

After you hit 140 armor use for full plate, there's only a few other breakpoints that matter, and none of them are short-term goals. I'd stop training it all together til at least level 69 when you'll be down to 2x. After that, further training gives you:
150: Train off some Minor Spirit hindrance
170: Train off more MnS hindrance
180: Train off some full plate maneuver penalties
190, 210, 230, ...: Even less MnS hindrance, continuing every 20 ranks.
200: Rank 5 Fluidity
230: Train off more manuever penalties
280: Train off more manuever penalties
290: Minimum Minor Spirit hindrance (20%)

Like everyone said getting the plate is first priority than the 30 ranks in MoC after that for the mstrike. I personally started working on my 100's more after level 35 because i really wanted to get to spell 120.
